Dinh Vu Trang Ngan
Vice President of Student Affairs
Dr. Dinh Vu Trang Ngan has been a member of the founding academic team, and Director of the Undergraduate Program since the establishment of Fulbright University Vietnam in 2016.
Prior to joining the undergraduate team, she was a faculty of economics at the Fulbright Economics Teaching Program, now Fulbright School of Public Policy and Management, since the inauguration of its Master in Public Policy first class in 2008. During this time, she was a senior research fellow at the Ash Center for Democratic Governance and Innovation, Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
Her research in Vietnam focuses on applied microeconomics and development, in particular education, health and social policy.
Before joining the Fulbright School, Dr. Dinh has taught economics at Bates College, and worked at Cornerstone Research in Boston. Dr. Dinh holds a B.A from Bates College; M.A. from the University of Chicago; and Ph.D. from the University of Cambridge.
