Duong is a finance expert with an extensive history of more than 20 years of experience in auditing, accounting, and finance. Started at Deloitte, where she laid the foundation for her career and developed her leadership style, Duong has moved forward with serving major multinational enterprises in diversified industries of fund management, securities trading, hospitality, and investment.

Duong’s life motto is centered around compassion: life will be better with every single small act of kindness. She believes in the values of meaningful interpersonal communication. Even more than that, she is a strong advocate for education with a mission to equip the youth with essential resources to become leaders of the future.

She loves spending time with her family and cherishes little happiness in life.

Duong graduated from University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) of United Kingdoms.
