A guiding force behind the Lower Mekong Public Policy Initiative and a lecturer at Fulbright University Vietnam, her journey is marked by a rich blend of technology and public policy, shaped by her education at Harvard Kennedy School. Beyond academia, Tram's heart lies in bird photography, capturing the fleeting beauty of nature to foster environmental awareness. Her work is more than education; it's a narrative of conservation and inspiration, making her a dedicated member of the Fulbright community.

Le Thi Quynh Tram, Chief of Marketing and Communications

Truong Minh Hoa, Fulbright's warm-hearted librarian, represents the essence of dedication and lifelong learning. Joining as a part-time librarian, he grew to embody the school's student-centered ethos, evolving from a book custodian to an integral knowledge facilitator. His journey reflects Fulbright's transformative impact, turning a humble librarian into an educational cornerstone and cherished community member.

In her quest for a fulfilling career, Mai's diverse experiences from internships to full-time roles laid the groundwork for her commitment to education. Inspired by the transformative impact of student-centered staff during her university days, Mai decided to pivot her career towards education, aiming to enrich student lives just as hers was. Today, Mai is instrumental in shaping Fulbright’s narrative, ensuring the stories of progress and discovery reach a broader audience. As she nears her third anniversary at Fulbright, join us in exploring Mai’s remarkable journey and her passionate contributions to the future of education.

Nguyen Phuong Mai, Digital Marketing Officer of Marketing & Communications Department

The theme about kindness in his book and the writing style that incorporates a bit of playfulness into a theoretical text is just about an accurate reflection of how Dr. Ian Kalman is in real life. He strongly believes that it is important to enjoy the classroom experience, and to learn through stories and through laughter. More important is the ability to connect things that do not naturally seem connected. Quality learning is not so much about knowledge retention because, in this digital era, most information can be found on the internet easily. It is all about creativity, making connections, and piecing together the world in creative ways. “I think that good learning is playful. And that’s what I bring into the classroom as a teacher,” he affirmed.

Huynh Trung Dung, the Public Policy Faculty Lead at the YSEALI Academy and Lecturer at Fulbright School of Public Policy and Management, epitomizes a deep-rooted passion for public policy education. With a background in foreign trade and diplomacy, and a wealth of experience from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, Dung is a staunch advocate for practical, interdisciplinary learning. His journey has led him to Fulbright, where he inspires students with his belief in policy's power to shape society. His commitment to nurturing young leaders, fostering debate, and encouraging practical solutions to global challenges, energizes a new generation to contribute meaningfully to public policy.
