Hoang Ngoc Uyen Phuong

Senior Wellness Programs Coordinator

Phuong graduated from University of Massachusetts Amherst with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Prior to joining Fulbright University Vietnam, Phuong worked for several non-profit organizations specialized in hypertension prevention programs and USAID-funded HIV/AIDS intervention initiatives for marginalized communities. These significant experiences strengthened her beliefs in the power of education in shaping and transforming lives, which later motivated her to pursue a career in student development.

Phuong joined Fulbright at an early stage in co-design year. Later, she decided to transition to Wellness Center with the goal to create a healthy and vibrant environment that supports and empowers all students to succeed through wellness strategies.

In her free time, Phuong enjoys traveling, watching movies and spending time with her beloved dog.
