Le Thi Quynh Tram
Chief Communications and Admissions Officer
Prior to work at the Fulbright’s undergraduate program, Tram was the director of the Lower Mekong Public Policy Initiative (LMPPI), a USAID-funded socioeconomic and environmental policy research project for the Lower Mekong region. LMPPI was co-managed by the Ash Center of Harvard Kennedy School and Fulbright Economics Teaching Program.
Tram worked with Fulbright Economics Teaching Program (FETP) – now the Fulbright School of Public Policy and Management (FSPPM) at Fulbright University Vietnam – as a public policy department lecturer. She also served in the role of FETP/FSPPM’s Academic Affairs Manager from 2014 to 2018.
She holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the Harvard Kennedy School, Harvard University,. a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical-Electronics Engineering from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and FETP’s one year post-graduate certificate in Applied Economics and Public Policy.
Before joining FETP in 2008, Tram spent several years working in the software industry in Vietnam and Canada.
Tram is also a bird photography enthusiast and hopes that her photographs can help raise environmental awareness through the beauty of our natural world. She has photographed endangered birds at various national parks and biosphere reserves around Asia, as well as those dwelling right outside Fulbright’s Crescent Campus.
