Pham Thi Kim Tam
Residential Life Manager
Tam holds a BA in English Literature at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities. The experience of learning English alone has shown her the transformative power of education in terms of opening doors and opportunities. Later on, when she got to work in providing student support services, she realized that everything boils down to making meaningful interactions and connections. Those two have shaped the foundation of her career so far, where she held different roles in operations management and customer services/ customer success in the education sector.
Joining Fulbright, she wishes to contribute to the institution’s mission of reimagining the university in Viet Nam by building an engaging residential life experience for the students.
When she is not at work, you’ll probably find her in her favorite Pilates class or indulging in a podcast while sunset chasing around the park.
