All applications must include evidence that addresses the mandatory position requirements.
All foreign candidates must adhere to the requirements for obtaining a valid visa and work permit in Vietnam. These requirements are mandated by the Government and may be over and above the mandatory requirements and qualifications. Work permit requirements are subject to change.
Fulbright accepts zero tolerance for non-adherence to the immigration laws of Vietnam and reserves the right to rescind a job offer if the preferred candidate does not provide the required documents to obtain a Work Permit within the agreed timeframe.
2. Screening & Testing
Shortlisting is based on the application, assessed against the information contained in the job description. Candidates might be required to take relevant assignments/tests to demonstrate their knowledge, skill or ability for the position.
3. Interviews
Candidates will be assessed for their suitability for the role based on an evidence-based selection process. Interviews may take many forms of discussions but at least one formal panel interview is required.
4. Reference check
Reference checks with at least three referees who are or were the candidate’s current/former managers/supervisors must be conducted. Other checks will be carried out if applicable.
5. Receiving an offer
An official offer of employment shall be extended following verbal discussion and acceptance of the offer.
